Challenge: Many seniors are unfamiliar with the process of depositing checks using mobile banking apps, which can lead to frustration, errors, or avoidance of digital banking altogether. 

Solution: I created a step-by-step infographic guide showing each part of the deposit process with simple instructions and supportive visuals. The guide emphasizes independence and minimizes potential mistakes. 

Result: Seniors can successfully complete mobile check deposits independently, demonstrating the guide's effectiveness. This asset highlights my ability to turn complex digital processes into clear, easy-to-follow instructional materials.
